Shipping Policy:

We offer very competitive prices, and our prices do not include shipping, and handling charges. We work hard with shipping carriers, so that shipping charges are the least amount to save you money. For shipping, and handling charges total, bring your items to Shopping Cart, click Checkout. Enter your Info, State, and Zip, then click Update, to see the shipping and handling charges total. Some of our products are shipped from different locations, and shipping charges, and times may very. You can Track Your Order  to find your order status. We don't advertise free shipping because shipping charges vary and are not fixed charges. At Water Fountains Decor.com, we don't want you to pay more than you have to for shipping charges.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and Roadway Express truck. The Shipping and handling time very from 7 to 21 business days after payment is cleared. For shipping and handling charges, Water Fountains Decor.com calculates freight charges by distance, size, and weight, or on some items as a percentage base of your individual orders. Our shipping rates for domestic shipping are 15% for UPS, FedEx, and 20% for Roadway Express. Please note we will charge an $85.00 surcharge for all residential Roadway Express shipments. For Commercial Roadway shipments please email us for details at customerservice@waterfountainsdecor.com. Our minimum shipping charge is $8.50. We do not ship to P.O. BOXES. We do not use the United States Postal Service due to the fragile nature of our products. Orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii will have a shipping charge of $1.33 per pound please email us at customerservice@waterfountainsdecor.com for details.

International orders are not accepted.  

Shipping Errors:

All errors with orders or shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please call us toll free at: 1-866-478-5090, if you are missing a product we will send the item out to you. If the wrong item was sent, we will send a UPS or FedEx call tag to pick it up within 1-3 business days and then we will send a replacement out to you.

Return Policy for Damaged Items:

There is a time limit on how long a claim can be filed with the shipping company for damaged merchandise. Therefore, we must be notified within 48 hours of the shipment being delivered in order to file a damage claim. We must be notified in writing via Fax us at 1-866-482-8280, or e-mail us at contactus@waterfountainsdecor.com of the damage. When you have a shipment that is coming freight truck, always sign it “subject to inspection” if you are not able to open it right away. If you can clearly see any product is damaged while the driver is there, refuse the shipment and mark it damaged. We will send a prompt replacement on damaged items. Please note this policy does not apply to defective items under warranty.

30 Day Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your water fountain purchase, we will accept returns and issue a merchandise credit for the cost of the item (less shipping and handling and a 15 to 20% restocking fee). Returns on merchandise after 30 days will not be accepted for any reason. Returned goods must have a return authorization number that will be issued by Water Fountains decor.com. Please email us at customerservice@waterfountainsdecor.com for an authorization number, and please enclose it along with a note stating the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Returns can be shipped back with any carrier you choose, but must be insured. Items that arrive back to our warehouse damaged and are not insured will not receive a credit. Once we receive the returned merchandise in like new condition we will issue the appropriate credit.

Payment Methods:

Water Fountains decor.com accepts all major credit cards. Payment by personal checks, cashier's checks and, money orders are not accepted. We do not ship C.O.D.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be charged at 7.75% for the State of Nevada only. 

Availability:

Each of our hand inlaid water fountain availability may change due to the demand. Please understand when you place an order, the item, or stone color may not be available, and on back order, due to demand, and the fact that all of our hand inlaid water fountains are handmade from natural stone. Each water fountain is unique in size, shape color and, surface texture. No two water fountains are exactly the same. While we strive do our best to insure that the water fountains pictured in our website are very close to what you order. Please understand that variations will exist. We try to update our site to the best of our ability. Please note product prices, and sale items are subject to change without notice.
